Shipping Policy
You will receive an emailed shipment notification with tracking information once the order is complete and on its way. *Please note:  Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.


Standard
Processing Time: 2-4 Business Days
Shipping Time: 5-7 Business Days

International
Processing Time: 2-4 Business Days
Shipping Time: 7-12 Business Days
 
Pre-Orders
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date.   




Return Policy
All courses and digital products are non refundable.

• If you would like to return or exchange an item, it must be sent back within 10 days of delivery for U.S. orders and 20 days of delivery for international orders.


• Refunds are only issued for full-priced items.


• All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with all original tags and labels still attached. Please be mindful of makeup, deodorant, or spray tan when trying on your pieces for the first time. Once Brittnee and Company receives your return, the items will be inspected before any refund is processed. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is worn, used, stained, damaged, or returned outside the 10-day (or 20-day international) window—unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault.


• You will receive an email notification if your return is not eligible for a refund.


• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable unless the item is defective or the incorrect order was sent.


• We strongly recommend using trackable shipping, as Brittnee and Company cannot issue refunds for returns that do not arrive. We also suggest keeping proof of postage. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received.


• You will be emailed at the address used for the original purchase once your refund has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).











 




Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping courier first and send us an email. 
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
